Saw them on the reunion tour in Nashville at The Ryman and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Unfortunatley Kim had a sore throat and couldn't sing much. It still rocked the house and nobody sat down for the entire show. I look forward to the possibility of another tour.

I can't see the logic in that. When Soundgarden disbanded, the band was bigger than any of the projects that the four of them have been doing since, including Chris' solo stuff. Even if they wouldn't be quite as huge today, a reunion would still get them a lot of attention in the industry, and the money would roll in.

I'm not big into his music nowadays, but his answers here were as intelligent as I'd like to think that he is as a person. And personally I think he is also CORRECT. No band will ever mean as much to me as Soundgarden did when I was in my later teens, but things can't go on forever. Maybe if they'd done something a few years after the break up. But over 10 years later? Not a good idea.
